"For starters, the customer services is awesome! They stepped up when they didn't have to, and earned my appreciation. I tried brewing many years ago but it took a lot of time and effort. I decided to try a super small batch system. The Brewdemon fermenter was the key to making it work. I can make a 2 to 3 gallon batch in about 3 hours including clean up. The fermenter works perfectly, and it's easy and fast!"
