"This location has the absolute best staff ever! Lynette, Marco, Danny, Tiera, Pablo, and Jacob are all very friendly and helpful! Each one of them has a smile on their face whenever you go in."
"Overpriced. Gas and merchandise. The only inexpensive item is fountain drinks. Gas is anywhere from 80 cents to 1.50 above everyone else. QT is 1st to raise prices and last to lower them. Stations are generally clean."
"Great, fast food at a resonable price. Im in love with their pretzels! And dont forget the $1.60 chocolate shake!"
"Used to be my stop every single morning on my way to work til they hired this new guy with the ponytail. Extremely rude and arrogant! He should not be working in any customer service field of work if he's got that attitude."
"Horrible customer service. On 9/1 I ordered a build your own sandwich through the app. This order cost me about $8-9. When I arrived in store my sandwich was on the counter behind the checkout instead of in the warmer. When I called corporate to ask how to give feedback within the app, they noted the issue then. The gentleman I spoke with said he would mail me a coupon for "a free item of equal or lesser value". The coupon recieved is shown below. Today I ordered a $7.99 xlg pizza. I added extra pepperoni for $1 more. Got some cheese sauce. Purchased 2 20oz drinks and 3 kids drinks. When the cashier tried to scan my order he said it was not valid on the xlg pizza. He called over who I presume to be the store manager, who was in store at the time of the intial order I called about as well. As I tried to explain the story she gave me a half smile and said "I am already aware of this. These calls come straight to me. It was supposed to be fore the same item you ordered, but I will take it off." I told thats okay to just leave it on I will pay, but thats not what the gentleman at corporate nor what the coupon stated. She spoke over me to the cashier and told him to take off the amount. That she would put all of this in her response over the situation. I told her in that response she needed to include that neither corporate nor the coupon stated the same item. Also... Their is a glitch in the app. It says 1 sauce free but I saw charged for all 3. Its only $.49 but after improper food handling procedures and HORRIBLE customer service (from the assumed store manager herself), its just insult to injury. From now on I will simply order my food at a QT kitchen close to work. Eating food in my car is better than their customer service and the potential of food poisoning! Disclaimer: I have altered the coupon scan code and numerical code to prevent fraudulent use."
