"We love shopping at Claire's at the premium outlets off of I-10 and Wild Horse Pass. Anytime we've ever had a problem or concern, we are always so thankful to have been helped by Gabby. She is always so nice and helpful! Our latest concern was after placing an order online at a different location, we discovered the store no longer had the item in stock after we arrived. After returning back to our local Claire's and thankfully talking to Gabby again, she helped us located the item and solve the problem. "The young lady at this store this past Friday the 13th around 2PM had the absolute worst attitude a customer should ever have to experience. Took our 5 y/o granddaughter for ear piercing and this person had a lack of empathy for our grandchild when she panicked after the first piercing. She seemed like she was bothered and all she wanted was - us to leave. No people skills whatsoever."
