"As a japanese expat in the US, we finally found the most authentic ramen outside of Japan at this restaurant. The flavors, noodles, and broth are just like home. Side dishes are excellent as well. The ambiance is inviting, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. This is the best ramen spot in the area for true Japanese taste. Highly recommend!"

"Having lived in Japan and traveling all over, I can confidently say this is the MOST authentic Japanese ramen you will find in the Las Vegas area. The owners are from Japan. Everything from the welcoming service, cleanliness, & attention to detail in their food will make you feel like you are back on the islands. If you can appreciate real ramen noodles and slow cooked broth, this will be your new regular spot. Came across them during their soft opening week while shopping next door. "Delicious ramen that I would go eat even if I was back in Japan. We tried their classic ramen as well as the “maze-men” (mix-noodle) and they were both great! Really love their tonkotsu broth. You can tell it takes days to make. Their chicken wings and fried rice were also yummy. I don’t normally trust places that use the word “authentic” because you shouldn’t have to if you are, but this place is. Probably the best ramen in Vegas!"
