After reaching out to my artist, I felt crummier about my experience, so I decided to post my original review. Jon’s response allowed me to understand how certain policies were overseen. Overall, I appreciated Jon’s insights and reconciliation. His customer service will allow me to make things right, and I really appreciate that. Original review: They do not provide quotes even if you have a reference of exactly what you want, which makes sense because they aren’t able to even determine if they can do what you want. I should’ve walked. They require $100 down, but I should’ve let the $100 go."
"Grand Majestic was a great spot nestled in Scottsdale. I was visiting for business from out of town and wanted to get some work done from an artist, Leo, who I had found on IG and really enjoyed his work. Being there for a limited time I had called in to see if there was anything they could do to sneak me in and sure enough the shop was able to help me out. Leo’s work was great and I will be looking forward to more work with him in the future when returning to AZ. Thanks again!"
