"I never wrote a review until now. I’m pretty new to that beautiful salon and tried numerous times to give them a chance. Yesterday I stopped by with out making appointment and I got the worst gel manicure pedicure ever! Too many words to describe how every step was done, so I’m attaching pictures that should speak for them self. They didn’t clean up my cuticles, they left nail polish all over the skin around my toenails, and the paint job was just disappointing. After everything, they then think they can charge $92 for a mani pedi that a toddler could have done better?? This was, not to mention, AFTER the $5 discount that they thought made up for 2 hours of my time and money? It’s embarrassing to go out with nails that look like this. They should be responsible for the service and for providing a good outcome when they charge these kinds of rates. This is not the way to run a business"

"Yesterday, my daughter and I visited Pinnacle Nails and asked for the $72 pedicure treatments. One of our nail techs brought over all the scents and said we should do the rose scent because it was the best. We went with her choice, not knowing when we paid that the scent she encouraged us to go with was $30/each on top of the price of the pedicure. I was very frustrated and said she should have told us prices for scents because who would pay $30 extra to smell like a rose? We were the last patrons of the day and the cashier came over early to ask us to pay, that is when we were shocked at the extra amount. Also, one tech did not even complete one pedicure and handed us the lotion to put on when we got home. The worst part is my toenails were horrible. I did not pay attention after he slid the flip flops on, but I sat there for another 10 minutes waiting on my daughter so they should have dried. I am attaching a photo of what they looked like when I took my flip flops off at home. Unfortunately, we will not be going back, but the staff is genuinely so sweet and friendly."

"This place do the BEST ombre nails ever!! T did an absolutely amazing job with my orange and pink ombre and also does a great job running the place. The attention to detail is immaculate. Everyone is very polite and friendly. Overall great experience and I 100% recommend."
