"One word sums up Prestige -- service with a smile. Ben is my tech and he always makes sure that my nails look great. I have arthritis in a few of my fingers so a nice manicure makes me feel sooooo good. Ben takes extra care to service my nail needs. I have used OPI Bubble Bath for many, many years. Ben teases me about it but has the color ready for each of my appointments. Prestige is clean and very professional!"
"The pedicure was fine. The massage was short. Why do you always have to tell technicians not to use their finger nail to scrape off the excess nail polish from your skin? I know they are trained right - to watch out for bacteria and infection. And yet I always have to request they please not use their (dirty) fingernail and to please use the brush instead. Every time. You have to pay cash or there is a 3% surcharge and you cannot discreetly fill in the tip. They ask you upfront what your tip is going to be so that they can put it on your bill. Sorry, not a fan of this place."
