"I’ve been here for both Tattoo and Piercing. My first time going to this shop was to get my eyebrow pierced and I absolutely recommend Dylan he was so kind and helpful and overall I’ve mostly ever seen good reviews about him to begin with. On the other hand for my Tattoo experience it was very different. Before going in to get a tattoo I wanted to book an appointment for me and my best friend to get very small matching tattoos. Whoever answered the phone told me it’s first come first serve didn’t say anything about making an appointment so me and my friend made sure to get to the shop early thinking we should be sure to be one of the first few people. We walked in and it wasn’t busy at all they asked what we were there for and Raven the artist said he had to wait for some room bc there was previous appointments made. As I said I was previously told it was first come first serve. I didn’t make a big deal out of it so he asked us to come back at 3 so we did. Idk if Raven is just blunt or what but the way he talked to my friend compared to me was very different and my friend even noticed it as well. He hardly said a word to me whilst doing the tattoo and then was more friendly once it was my friends turn. I can assure I treated him just as kindly and respectfully as my friend. No hate to the artist or the shop just putting in a honest review of both my experiences"

"I came here thinking that I would need my ears re pierced after years of not wearing earrings and having no luck getting them back in myself. I was fully expecting to pay more money for my piercings. Dilan though re assured me that I didn’t need a re pierce like I had thought. He just very gently popped them back in for me and only charged me for the earrings I had wanted. It’s been 6 days and they are doing great. Super appreciative! They could’ve easily had taken advantage of me by having me pay for the price of an actual piercing. It was such a quick and easy process that I had forgotten to tip Dilan. I went up there today wanting to thank him again with the tip, but he wasn’t there so I left it with his coworkers. He deserves it. Everyone else was very nice here. Happy customer, thank you!"
