"The employees were nice and the location was well kept. My tech has the skills and is welcoming, however both times were/felt rushed. I visited twice. The first time several nails on my toes (pedi) and hands (gel full set) did not cure properly; they were messed up the very next day. Unfortunately, that’s two ruined sets. My issue was addressed professionally, but I didn’t have the time to return within 2weeks, so I had to sport messed up nails. However, the second time I paid for a fill as it was my birthday and the previous set was already coming off. 2nd set in photo and first set in the video 3 stars for the atmosphere, skills, personality, prices, and the last set came out nicely. -2 stars for how the first 2 sets turned out and the wear longevity was short."
