"I’ve been coming to this salon for over 2+ years and have always loved how gentle they are with my natural nails when doing a gel mani & pedi. However I do feel that recently it’s always such an uncomfortable experience asking for something like a French tip or gems. The newer techs and girls up front aren’t the most approachable or friendly. I got charged $15 each for two of the gems chosen below. Definitely feels extremely overpriced. They ended up being too big for my toenail but ended up walking out with crooked cut toenails and gel polish all over my toes. This overall experience wasn’t what I was looking forward to and left me feeling drained and dissatisfied. So much, I ended up not staying to get my gel mani soak off."

"I have been coming here consistently now for the last 3 months and I’ve have been super happy with my nails every time. My nail tech is always so gentle with my hands and they have a wide variety of colors and pedicure expierence to choose from. They also offer complimentary tea and water while you visit."

"I’m extremely disappointed in this experience. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and came in today to get my nails done for vacation. The sweet receptionist took me back and there is this couple and I choose to not go to them because the husband has been rude to me and the wife can be rough. I told her I wished not to get my full set done by them and she asked if it was ok if she did my pedicure and I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt and that was a mistake. My feet are completely in pain now. She made several cuts on my feet from the file and took a chunk off my big toe by using the grater on the top of my foot. She knew about the injury’s and not once apologized. I talked to the receptionist and she discounted my pedicure but honestly I feel like I shouldn’t have paid anything because now I have injuries and im at risk for infection. Don’t think I will be returning."
