"went there the other day to fill our water jugs, we were also going to try and buy a bottle of water(cause it’s hot outside and we just got done shopping at smiths), the older lady who was there was extremely rude. my fiancée had asked nicely, if he could have a small cup of water, cause there was no bottles. the older lady told us in such a rude tone that we can buy a cup of water for $1.75 and that it’s on the menu. i’m sorry we didn’t look at the menu when most places have water bottles. we had no issue paying for the water but she was extremely rude. she than proceeded to tell the employee next to her that if people come in and ask for water cups that it’s on the menu and it’s a $1.75 will not go back,"

"I just bought 2 pints of hand packed ice cream for $14.50 and got ripped off. Hand pack means hand pack not half packed. Teach your workers what they are supposed to know. I'm tired of getting over charged. Again fix the problem just maybe the customer might be telling you the truth. I have been buying ice cream way before you became the new owner. If this is the way you handle your mistakes then I will spread the word about the new owners bad customer experience. And I will not come back. That should help your future in Havasu."

"Always an awesome experience to come here! One of the best places to get ice cream or shaved ice. So many flavors. If that isn't your thing, they got tons of old school candy like Abba Zabbas, Dots, and Wax Bottle candy. If you've got time and little ones, there are game pieces in front to play table games. Definitely a very cool place to hang out."
