"Long wait line to check in while standing outside. Check or cash only for lumper fee and have to pay before they unload. You have to check in with 4 people before you start getting unloaded and a 5th person that will give you your bills. I won't deliver here again if I can help it. They do have truck parking, but you can't park inside until 7pm and they don't start receiving til 9pm."

"HORRIBLE place stay away!!!! Don't accept any loads to this place. They start checking drivers in at 9:00 Our appointment was for 9:00 pm Can only come into lot at 7:00 to wait. Drivers start forming a line about 30 minutes before checking time. They do not take you based on appointment time. They will only start unloading you after you pay for lumper fee. They don't accept personal checks or debit cards. Only some type of checks They have a ATM machine. There is a bathroom at the stop before you go pay for lumper Once we paid they started unloading us probably within the hour they would unload a couple of pallets then stop and then a while later they would unload a few more. Didn't get unloaded until 3:45 am Broker only wanted to pay 350.00 I turned it down. He contacted me back after a few hours I guess after he couldn't get anyone else to take it this time he agreed to my price ( 700.00) it was a light load and only about 65 miles.... I say this to say that next time I wouldn't touch this load for less than $1300.00 Not worth the aggravation!!"

"It's not too bad, has friendly people, but the line for check-in is huge. There were about 40 people ahead of me. I was in line for 50 minutes outside. Luckily, it was nice weather, I could not imagine if it were raining. They have parking to the right but not for after offloading. But if you go out, take a right, and then 1st right again, there is parking in the street, allowed, no signs for no parking. Or there is a lot going just right outside the driveway on the left far side corner. Offloading went great. Just the line is long. Hence, 3 stars"

"As far as a grocery distribution center goes, this is one of the best. Bashas' has plenty of truck parking and will let you spend the night after you are unloaded if you need to. The check-in process can take longer than most places due to the high volume of drivers. Once you get your door assignment, you are required to pay a lumper fee before the unloading process can begin. After that, they will start unloading the trailer. It usually takes around 2 to 3 hours to complete the offload. Leave your trailer doors open for inspection before parking or leaving the premises.
