"Customer service was horrible and unacceptable. Was completely talked to like I was stupid after inquiring about something I needed transferred, and was so rude about it. Only frys pharmacy available here but still don’t recommend!"

"This is the only pharmacy in town that I feel like takes care of my needs. Though I generally only ever ask one question when I really have an issue with a med, it gets answered. The staff is lovely and try their hardest to cater to the needs of the patients that flow through the pharmacy with as much care as possible. Sometimes volume gets full while waiting in line, or they are training some of the staff on some new protocols, but that’s to be expected with an ever growing city like Maricopa. Keep up the fabulous work!"

"After calling and getting stuck on terminal hold repeatedly I finally drove down there and to my surprise there was no line and just a bunch of staff standing around. When I approached Claire she looked at me like I had just offended her by asking her about my prescription. All she was doing was talking to another tech. This pharmacy is horrible. If you have another option to get your meds filled I’d take it! Unprofessional, rude, lazy, the list goes on and on. I can’t think of one positive thing to say about them. My meds still have not been filled so I’ve had time to write this review. Good use of my time if it helps someone else."

"I wish i could give zero stars. this is the worst pharmacy ever. no matter how many people are behind the counter, it seems like only 1 person is ever helping customers while the other workers are busy talking amongst each other. which causes wait times to be extremely long. don’t even bother calling as they will place you on hold immediately and not come back to help you. they also will tell you that your prescription will be ready by a certain time and even hours after said time when you go to pick it up, it still won’t be ready. don’t even waste your time with this place."
