"When a customer buys shoes and uses them but then tries to refund them, we will obviously decline. When customers are about to buy shoes, we always tell them, repeatedly, "No refund. Exchange or store credit only if the product is unused within 15 days." The issus is, some customers like to take advantage of us and make it seem like we are scamming them. Why would a customer, knowing the policy, buy shoes from us and try to refund them USED? If you have intentions to buy shoes from our store, please make sure to follow our store policy. I am humbly requesting people to refrain from buying our shoes if they have the intentions of refunding after use. Thank you."
"They took the shoes I purchased and never refunded my money. They claimed they never received my money, but I call my bank and payment went through and they shut me down telling me to call the cops and I did but cops weren’t able to do anything due to the store being inside the mall. When I went in person to claim my money, I heard another couple having the same issue. So I’m not the only person that they had scam and surely not the last."
