"Nice people working there. Tools are clapped out. Rented a saw the thing would not start. Huge waste of time"
"What can I say about home Depot when you go there you're looking for a particular item, and you have to more or less raise your hand to get someone to help you, otherwise it's the shopping store."
"Please change all Home Depot's to similar layouts."
"Rented a truck, the rental process was painless. The truck was exactly as expected, it was my first time driving something of the caliber but it was quick to figure out. The truck smelled like old cigarettes, wish they would at least try to address improving or neutralizing the smell."
"PLEASE BE ADVISED! To whom it may concern, The experience at this store location is horrible. On multiple visits it seems the store is full of unhappy, rude and ignorant employees. I am sorry for those of you employees who truly seem to care about doing your job and providing great customer service, but like most business the "individual employee" for the most part is the face of Home Depot. This store doesn't represent well. On one ocassion I rented a tool and when I returned it I watched as the gentleman threw my contract with personal info such as name, date of birth, address and phone number into the trash. I asked him for it back due to the possibility of identity theft and told me "I can go dig it out my self". The manager was contacted and he explained to me "it goes into these dark bags and then sealed and compacted" I laughed and told him so your telling me you put it into that trash bag and tie it and throw it in the trash compactor? He smiled and said yes. I would not reccomend going here. Home Depot -incorrect pricing -rude -poorly stocked -poor ease of returns -poor customer service -bad attitudes"
