"The staff is awesome! I came in to fix my fossil Q smartwatch since the charging and touch screen stopped working. Ashley was able to help me get my watch shipped and I was able to get refunded because it was within warranty. She also helped me pick a new watch and explained everything I needed to know about all the other watches and what would suit me best. Now I have a new watch that's exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this place. Excellent customer service!"
