"Just picked up a same-day business stamp and same-day print/binding job. This isn't my first visit. Mel & her Team in the Copy Center provide an exceptional product and delivery. She is extremely customer-oriented and professional. This is the most efficient copy center I have used in the Valley. I will be back to write a more thorough review with photos."

"This is for the copy center. I usually get great service from the store side but for some reason this location and Brian specifically is not solutions oriented. I have opened multiple senior living communities and always found using staples or copymax was such a gift. My business has since expanded and I am now in the Phoenix market but this Goodyear store seems to be on an easy projects only basis. I figured taking up this much retail space, they would be more inclined to help customers. Today’s exact project has been something I have been able to talk in to a store and have it done in 10 minutes or less while I shopped for more. Brian looked for every excuse to not have my project completed (I wasn’t asking for same day service either) and I will have to explore other avenues for this and future projects. This was convenient because of the rewards program but not willing to accept rewards for poor service."

"Good inventory selection, renovated store, and plenty of office supplies. Manager is attentive and knowledgeable. Staff is pretty courteous. Some of the younger female employees could practice better customer service instead of pointing the way or to an aisle. Lead customer instead of pointing to the direction"

"I would have to say that this place is just average. They have a decent selection of office supplies, furniture, and materials, but the cleanliness is just average, and the employees appear to be very uninterested unless summoned. I almost feel unwelcomed."
