"My wife and I have used Enterprise all our life. at this location we needed a rental car. We had an emergency. The people before us complain, right when they got their car that the whole backseat was all sticky and full of gooey stuff. anyways, I’m a United States veteran that was in the war and I use medical marijuana and the staff he treated me very rudely and said I could not rent the car. I’m not even the one that drives so we went down to the street to the other Enterprise west on Bell and had 180 total different experience that was pleasant .At 28th St. and Bell enterprise location were very rude and acted like it was a problem to help people."

"This place was amazing. They are located at 28th Street and Bell Road in Phoenix, AZ. They open early, 7:30AM. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, particularly, Jalen, who is the assistant manager. I definitely would go there again and their prices are very competitive. My current insurance paid 80% and we paid 20%. For 9 days, we only had to pay $88. I would definitely use them again."

"I had a wonderful experience picking up my rental earlier today. The agent who helped me was very efficient, it was a much easier process than I'd anticipated having dealt with rental cars at airports before. He was also fun to chat with and affable and relaxed. He helped me upgrade to a better car class when I mentioned the car on the lot I wanted to get and was very thorough during the walk around and noticed things I didn't notice. He mentioned the keyfob had a low battery alert and changed both keyfob batteries within a couple minutes. I was chatting with the other agents while he did that and they were both very nice and easy to chat with, and I got a very good sense that they were happy to be part of Enterprise. I was impressed to hear your company is still private and takes care of the employees. Fantastic experience, and the manager reached out later in the day to ask how things had gone. I needed to arrange a rental following an accident and its pretty stressful and was dreading the process to be honest. It was a wonderful surprise."
