"Will definitely not bring my baby to this location again she was check by CPNP Adriana Bell at 12:20 pm. It’s 6 pm and she is yet to send my babies prescription to the pharmacy. When checked, she had a fever of 102, and I was assured her prescription was being sent to the pharmacy at that moment. Completely careless! Had to have my husband go on a wild goose chase looking for an otc medication to help my little one with the fever and body aches through out the night.Fortunately we can afford to buy her medication, but what if we were not able to and depended on the medication that was going to be covered by insurance. There’s no excuse why a baby should be left without their prescription!"

"Horrible Because the first doctor that I went to go to see for Lexus eye two weeks ago didn’t give me any antibiotics and told me she is fine. When clearly she wasn’t ok. It bothered her so I had to go see another doctor again at the Christown location. That doctor was so much better. Helped me and Lexus."

"Felt as though nothing was really done. When my daughter can't hear and has been told a ruptured ear drum. It was 10 days and the Dr said she needed an ent. But no meds were prescribed. The ent I was referred to said it would be 7 months til next appt. When I called and asked the office who else she could see or if the could make a Stat referral and get it to the office asap. They said the physician wouldn't be in office. I was gone maybe 30mins. Well this morning the Dr should be able to. I get the referral. It's for the phx children's ent who is booked til December. Still not Stat designation for the referral so she won't be seen for months and potentially lose hearing in her ear. All because they can't get her the treatment she deserves. I did my own due diligence and found an ent that got her in at 8am today. I'm in their office now. No help to mountain park"

"I usually love this location, I left baseline to come To Christown. Yesterday’s appointment was the worst experience ever. It’s seems like I can’t ever have my son see the same doctor. There was a parent being completely obnoxious and they tried to reason with him but he should have been kicked out he made it very uncomfortable to sit in the waiting room. Then the other problem my appointment was at 3:15 I called to see if it was okay to come at 2:30 instead to get it over with they said yes. I got there for them to tell me they were running behind. I was there before 3 other family’s but was the last to get called. They didn’t even get us back until 3:50 and I didn’t leave until 4:40. They had no tissue for my son with his bad allergies so I had to use paper towels. They only reason for 2 stars is because they aren’t always this bad but definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and looking for another office."

"I have been taking my 5 year old daughter to this clinic since she was first born. Dr Manuel has been her Pediatrician from the start and has been a wonderfully amazing person/Doctor and we really couldn’t have received any better care. Unfortunately I was told that she will be leaving so she will be deeply missed. I also need to mention the greatest nurses assistant at this clinic…Daisy, who has also seen my little girl grow from birth and she always has a smile on her pretty face and knows her way around a toddler. She’s awesome at her job and my daughter and I want to thank you two lady’s for being YOU."
