"Had gone here for 2 years, really liked staff. Last cleaning went well but doctor had emergency and couldn’t do exam. Actually turned out he left practice. Went in today to new front staff, new hygienist, and new doctor. Wish I had known ahead of time. I asked that they not use the sonar tool when cleaning and hygienist said well, I will have to because I’m not spending all my time scraping the plaque by hand. I was just turned off by this and a few other comments. I take good care of my teeth and the cleanings never take long. Then new doctor. Just wasn’t the greatest experience, left feeling strange wondering why the whole staff changed."
