"Stopped at the Prince location as it was on my way home. Needed 2 10x10x8 wyes, they had them in stock. After installing them in the ceiling and attempted to attach the existing 10" rigid duct to the wye. It wouldn't fit. Measured the ends of the wye found it was 9 11/16" all the way around on both ends. Stopped at the store and spoke to guy behind the counter. Very unhelpful. Ask if they had some kind of transition or adapter, he said " No, that piece is made for flex duct. You're going to have one made." OK um flex duct is 10" which fits perfect on the existing 10" rigid duct. If you're selling a product that is advertised at a specific dimension make it's actually said dimension. Never use this place again."
