When it turned out to be a part that is internal to an assembly that must be replaced in whole, I returned the part. That's where the lower star rating comes in. The manager who did the return was not very polite, bordering on the edge of hostile. After our transaction her personality flipped to being all smiles for the next customer. Returning a purchase does not justify a customer being treated rudely."
