"I really like this store. They always help me with ideas and options for my watering system in my yard. I have a bunch of potted plants and have been able to get them all on an automatic system/timer which has made it possible for me to keep the plants alive and figure out changes and adjustments to the system when needed."
"My mom's place sprung an irrigation leak this morning and it turns out she has some unique (older and pretty much out of use) connections and tubing sizing. I was told that I was pretty much SOL ($%*# out of luck) by two other places, but was told to give these guys a try as a last resort. Turns out they had what I needed and saved me a $%*#-ton of extra work! The customer service here was outstanding as they inquired to what I was doing and made sure I was metaphorically "headed in the right direction" as I headed back up to my mom's place to finish the job. It's always nice to shop at a place that has your six. (aka: has your back). I only write positive reviews and Sprinkler World has now got one from me --for what that is worth."
"10 minutes on the phone with the “only guy who knows what he’s talking about” to confirm that a part is available. Drove 45 minutes at five dollars a gallon to get there only to be ignored by the staff and told they don’t have the parts even after they were put aside for me. Just buy your parts off Amazon."
"Terrible service. Spoke with someone on the phone with whom I had many questions. Must have been the manager or owner, because he was receptive and helpful, but understanding that I had many detailed questions and a large purchase to possibly make, it was recommended I come in to speak. I showed up pretty shortly after they opened at 6:50am from my 50 minute drive out in Vail. When I got there I was "helped" by an associate there named Allen. Not only was he not the slightest bit helpful, he was more annoyed than anything that I was taking his time up when he was "way too busy" to sit and discuss what I needed. He asked me to leave my number and he'd call me back when he was available. There were a few other people in there who seemed to be very friendly with the staff, most dressed in some sort of professional landscaper attire that seem to be regulars there. A guy there took precedence over me with his single pop up sprinkler and under $50 part he was buying, which is fine, I understand all customers are important. Except me. Well I got all the help I needed with Irrigation Kings online out of Oregon. Paul would answer my questions by phone, email or even chat from their website. I made a $1400 order with them and have been happy with their service and expertise. That was only my first arena. I have three more to do over the next six months and will probably be spending over another $4500 to get these horse arenas done. No wonder brick and mortar businesses are dying. I tried to stay local and keep my money here. I would have much rather done business with them here. But too bad they didn't care about mine and didn't mind wasting my time. And by the way, I'm still waiting on that call back from Allen."
