"I have been working with Anthony at Simply Feet for a couple months now on a couple pairs of custom orthotics. I have to admit I was at first skeptical about paying a high price up front for a "program" rather than a "product", with no ability to get a refund. That takes a lot of trust, but I spoke to Anthony at length in my first appointment and decided to jump in with both feet - literally. My concerns about signing up for a program have been alleviated entirely. Over the first couple months Anthony has worked with me on multiple tweaks of the original orthotics to improve the fit, striving to get the most benefit possible. He may not pick up a phone right away because he's a one-man operation, but he responds quickly, adjusts his hours to accommodate customers and is very patient and listens thoroughly. I have seen significant improvement (arthritic pain reduction and overall comfort) in a fairly short period of time. It may take a while to see maximum improvement because I waited so long (years) to try a custom orthotic solution, but I feel confident Anthony will continue to work with me and that my money is well-spent.
