"Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Johnathan from the rental department is the most disrespectful so called professional I have ever dealt with. I rented a chainsaw and tried to cut through a stump and it wouldn't even cut through the first one. The blade was that dull. I called and spoke with Johnathan and he stated that they put new chains on every one of them, every time. I explained that I hadn't even had it a hour and I only had 1 stump that is still sitting where it was at the beginning of the day. It's so bad that Johnathan stated that I would have to pay for a new chain. I took it back to them and wanted my money back. I did confront him for hanging up on me and yep once again he lied stating that I said bye. Now I would recommend digging with your hands, cutting wood with a butter knife, than to rent anything from this location. If nothing else than the sheer disrespect that they show their customers. They cost me alot of money due to their laziness and lack of detail with their job."

"I am not a big fan of home depot but they do have a great tool rental program. All of the staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable about the tools. The few times that I went, it was a great experience and I will go back."

"Don't rent the 5x10 dump trailers. Cost out the door was about $160 (after tax, insurance, etc) Capacity is only 3300 lbs on a single axle. Most pickup trucks can handle that."
