We found the staff at this dealership to be extremely helpful, attentive, patient, and not pushy at all! The dealership building was beautiful and clean and all the cars on the lot were impeccably clean. You could tell they paid attention to details. It honestly felt like a high end dealership with a down to earth approach to business. Although we were purchasing a used car that was not at the top end of their profit margin they treated us like we were. It was very refreshing! I highly recommend this dealership. "Such a wild car shopping experience it’s almost laughable. Salesman was initially pretty nice. Once we got to the numbers part he offered me $500 for my car’s trade-in value and said this is the best I’d get anywhere (even though the dealership next door offered me $1600 for it before we even started to haggle). But… the absolutely ABSURD part was that he told me he would not sell me a car if I voted for Biden. He also stated he’s refused people in the past for that reason and has been called into his manager’s office because of it. He made a joke about how he shouldn’t mix politics and religion with business. I completely agree. I did not even vote for him, but it was the most unbelievably unprofessional experience I’ve had. Go elsewhere."

"My fiancé owns a Volvo XC 40. It is an amazing car but the service here in Tucson isn’t the best every time I call during normal hours they never pick up when I’m calling the service department and then when I pull up because they weren’t answering there’s nobody in there and it’s not busy. So I don’t understand why they can’t pick up the phone. But I still recommend getting a Volvo very safe and very reliable. I posted stock photos of vehicle but it is a very good choice if your new to volvo and want a good reliable car/suv"
