"UPDATE! 4 MARCH 2024 UPDATE! how this store could be better? Answer SHUT IT DOWN & LOCK THE DOORS! EFFECTIVE 11 APRIL 2024 This location will turn off the lights permanently! All I can say is good riddance to the poorly run joint and staff. THANKS CVS providing great service for the community like usual. (sarcasm). 8/2 UPDATE: I'd like to say they've improved but NOPE they still suck but they do have weekend hours at least for now... As of 7/21 they reduced their hours open to customers yet still there behind the see through magic curtain over a hour later. (Use to call it milking the clock, back in the day). In another attempt to earn your business...we're at lunch now come back later. Nothing like wasting your time because the new normal is the same as the old one. It's 630pm on Wed. I don't want to come in the store... I DO NOT accept your apology for the inconvenience! Absolutely worst customer service experience repeatedly. Take your business elsewhere if you can."

"My daughter's pinkeye prescription was ready within 40 minutes of the doctor sending it in! They did not have the children's benadryl as a prescription, but the pharmacist was happy to grab me an over the counter generic version so I would not have to come inside with three sick kids in tow. She was also pleasant and super helpful."

"********. ******UPDATE***** Our PCP called from Hawaii and transferred the prescription to the CVS on Brown Rd and Mesa Drive. They had the Rx for 30 minutes and texted Roger to come and pick it up. This is how pharmacies should work. Because of this Roger will be medicated during his painful urology procedure at 1:30. I've been an RN for 48 years and owned a pharmacy. I've never seen business as bad as the CVS on Stapley and McKellips. Roger went through this type of treatment every month trying to fill his pain medication prescription. It's just not right. It's been 3 days since he started this nightmare request and it's never going to happen again! ****************************** I'm only giving a one star because there is not a choice for a 0 star. This is the worst pharmacy that I've ever done business with. The pharmacist does not care about getting the medications to their patients at all. My husband is dealing with post-op cancer pain and they actually forgot to order it. This was November 1st. Today November 2 he was told that they FORGOT to order it and/ or they are out of the medications he needs for pain ...BUT he is unable to get it from the CVS who has it on stock because it's a narcotic pain med and can't be transferred. Now, when we call to get the information about when he can pick it up, the computer stated that he won't be able to pick it up until November 7th. That is 5 days away. He is under going a procedure tomorrow related to his cancer dx and now he will be without the pain medication that he needs for this procedure. We will NEVER walk into this pharmacy again and l will put this review anywhere that takes reviews. This is the CVS on McKellips and Stapley."

"DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! This CVS is absolutely, ridiculously, nonsensically terrible. I am currently in line, there were two cars ahead of me, now there is one. I've been here for 38 minutes so far. Still not my turn. I am stuck with no way out, and my daughter is going to miss her activity now. This is the second time I've come here and it was the same last time. I don't understand how it can take so long. I REPEAT. DO NOT COME HERE!"
