"Not impressed. War didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in, nor did you communicate the time frame as to to how long I’ll be waiting for I wasn’t acknowledged for 20 minutes while I waited patiently for my turn. I want to throw something away and he told me he’d be with me in five minutes away is another 20 minutes after that still no communication about time. I eventually walked out because you literally wasted 40 minutes of my time without telling me like hey, I got two people ahead of you. It’s going to be about 25 minutes a person or whatever the case ended up just purchasing what I needed off of Amazon. 40 minute sitting in a business absolutely minimal to none communication or acknowledgment is absolutely crazy."

"Came in to get shirts for my kid’s concert. They messed up on the logo an then got mad when I asked for a refund. Horrible staff treat customer with so much disrespect."

"No working phone and no refunds. My son wanted a hoodie and the design was smaller than the display. No one told him that the design would be smaller since there was pocket on front. We gave the hoodie back to them. No offer to redo it. Terexchange it."

"I will never go here again ! He needs to change his ink or something! The lettering and the pic was faded! The picture started to crack the same night! I wasn’t informed I could get different lettering for the same price. He just assumed I wanted ugly plain lettering !!! The price was ok but the customer service and the outcome of all the shirts I ordered was horrible"
