"Nice new facility and very convenient. I also use the car wash. The customer service has been great until recently with new hires. Recently could barely put his phone down in order to help. Had to finish whatever he was typing in. That was pretty annoying. They don’t seem to have gotten the hang of managing both sides of the register like the other stores. My biggest complaint though is there always out of some thing or something is out of order. A couple of times they’ve been out of the cup size I like to buy. Then they were out of lids. And any given time it seems they could be out of one or the other. Who’s ever managing the store needs to get it together. Today all the fountain drinks were down."

"Normally new quick trips are the best!!! Not this time. The lady wouldn't give me my coffee till I gave her my receipt, haven't dealt with that before for a 2 dollar coffee. She made me also go to the front to pay for Carmel also the first time I've ever done that. First time I've paid Starbucks prices for a Carmel and then basically got none. I pay nothing more at other locations and they do great!! I think she was mad or something also cause my pretzel looks like it was dropped on the floor right after buttering............ also I was the only person in the store. She wasn't busy or over worked"
