"Chloe is the rudest employee there! When I first asked for help I gave her the benefit of the doubt but she was rude to both my mom and myself. Why does she still work here? She was rude to an old gentleman next to me as well? Come on Walgreens I didn’t expect that from you!"

"For customer prescription notifications, this location is one of the worst I have experienced! I have never been notified or been messaged by text or phone. Patient or customer just keeps waiting until you either call or go to the store/pharmacy."

He even helped to update my account since my insurance can be a little tricky. I really appreciate his help. Outstanding service!"

"I dropped off a prescription this morning. They told me it would be 2 hours; they said they'd call when it was ready. After 4 hours, I called them. The auto response stated I didn't have any prescriptions waiting. I asked to speak with someone in the pharmacy and they put me on hold for 10 minutes, answered periodically to tell me to wait, then hung up on me! I called back three additional times, because I really need my medication, and they hung up on me again!!!"
