"As a ride share driver late night stops to use the restroom are very important. I don't understand gas stations/convenience stores that close their bathrooms at night. Ordinarily I'd come to this Jackson store BECAUSE of their clean bathrooms. But now they're closed 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. QT seems to be the only company that gets it."

You cannot ask someone about their medical information. a person's medical information is private and protected under HIPAA. You are breaking the law and you can get sued for this. What you are doing would be comparable to me going up to one of your workers and requesting their bank account information or asking them about their private medical information."
