"Bought some scrubs online, I received the wrong items. I did a refund but they told me since I got the wrong items they could only do a refund without a receipt since the items i recieved was not on the invoice I had which caused me to lose a few dollars."

"I had the worst experience ever shopping in this store. I bought 4 pairs of uniforms from this store. They made me an account to get future points per their request. Later one of the uniforms was uncomfortable so I stopped by to exchange it. They told me that you removed the tags so can't accept them. I fixed the tags and I went again the next day. Different customer service told me that I didn't have the receipt and we couldn't refund or exchange it. I will never go there again."

"I have been buying scrubs from them for years. They have always been super helpful. Occasionally they don't have the color I need but are always willing to order them for me. As an added bonus: they offer a discount for Banner employees! Plus if you sign up for it they send pretty decent coupons in the mail."
