"I'm not coming back. Their system at the cashier glitches, they are understock in many of their popular and good fragrances, and employees come sick. Seems BBW don't give them the courtesy to stay home so we have to witness how they cough in the merchandise. Very awful experience. At least the costumer service was in overall okay..."

"Due to some computer glitch my order never went through. I spoke to the manager on duty and she fixed it and even offered to honor the price past my original order amount. She never asked for a review. She listened, she looked at a screenshot and had it fixed in less than 2 minutes. I would highly recommend this location. On a side note, they should fix their ordering system but that had ZERO to do with the local store. That’s a corporate issue. 5 stars ladies!!"
