"Joey was friendly and helpful when we asked for the location of a specific T-shirt and even went to the back to get more sizes for us. Great employee! Also learned that signing up for an account gets 10% off as well as discounts to other shopping stores. By the way, I learned that FYE is an acronym... "For Your Entertainment"!"

"Was lied to about membership fees and was pressured to sign up after stating that I didn't want one and then being told there were no fees. I called customer service who tried to sell me more things instead of fix the issue. I liked the products but my friends and I will not be shopping here in the future after this. Lying to your customers just to get your numbers up so you don't get canned is pathetic. This place has wasted my time and my money."

"Wasn't this a record store? It became a pop culture store not unlike Spencer's Gifts and Hot Topic. With a little twist. I know that in the digital modern age, there is little if any need for record stores. But, the novelty of going to the mall has always included browsing manually through stacks and stacks of red hot wax, hasn't it? That said, I hope the FYE will expand on it's album section until it occupies more than one shelf in the store. But I do appreciate the pop culture worship of concert tees, band paraphernalia, and stickers as well as buttons and iron on patches. Oh, wait. Honestly, I've forgotten already what they sell here. I'm going home to listen to music and remember why I went."

"So I’m giving this very low review because the store manager was so disrespectful to his employees & I. This manager cussed out a woman who walked over what he swept. He went off on his employee insulted him & told him he can just go home. The poor employee he insulted didn’t deserve that disrespectful behavior. The store manager should actually lose his job because he has a horrible attitude. I just wanted to buy things for my son but after that interaction on Nov 22 I will never go into that store ever again. What happened to being kind respectful to your coworkers. Idk but it seemed like he has had it out for this guy. Corporate needs to investigate this bad behavior because no store manager should ever behave in that manner."
