"The manager Tyler was a doll and a great help! He led me through the process again as I had trouble with my sensors on the car and had previously been stuck a few times in the wash. I was afraid to do it again. He helped me and was knowledgeable to know how to shut the sensors off for me. I was thrilled as now I can continue with my subscription to your car wash . I love your service ❤️. Thank you Tyler!!! Give him a raise!"

"I bought my first new 2021 Ford Escape less than 24 hours ago, and I was so excited to get an unlimited car wash membership for it. I did that today, and when I went through the car wash, I didn’t realize that my e-brake was on (it’s button/pull activated). The employee in charge of getting me on the tracks and rinsing my car started yelling at me in a condescending and disrespectful manner that I need to put my car in neutral and take my foot off the brake. I tried explaining to him that my foot was off the brake and in neutral, that my e-brake must be on and that it would take a minute to figure out how to release the e-brake. He continued to yell at me as cars behind me started honking at me. I did not deserve to be yelled at over a mistake, period. Luckily, another person (one of the managers) stepped in to assist me with the E-brake and was very helpful. I’m usually the type of person to brush this type of behavior off, but it had me shaking and crying so much that I drove from home back to the car wash, and brought it up to the managers on duty so they were aware. The only thing they said was, “We’re sorry that happened, we’ll have a discussion about that.” While I do understand that there’s not much that can be done about the situation, it was frustrating that I could only get one sentence out of them. I’ve never had a problem here before, but I will never be coming again after this experience and how poorly it was handled. I will be requesting a refund on my unlimited membership when I have calmed down."

"Beware!!!! Came out of this car wash with a giant crack in my windshield on my BRAND NEW car. I actually heard the rock hit it! I went inside to ask if there was anything they can do or where I can file a claim. One of the employees took a look at the camera & saw that there was no crack when I drove through, pictured below. Then said that there was “pre existing” damage. How can you see any pre existing damage when my car is dirty with bugs all over the windshield!!? He was trying to tell me that a bug was a pre existing rock chip. I am very dissatisfied with my service here. Windshields are not an easy fix & the fact that it’s cracked right in front of my face makes it unsafe. I’ll be canceling my membership here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR NICE CARS HERE!!"

"When you have a nice car, why not keep it clean. It’s tough in the dry dusty desert, but this place has your back. The monthly unlimited car wash plan is perfect. The staff is friendly, it’s a great location, and there are plenty of free vacuum stations with soft clean microfiber towels. My only suggestion is that they stay on top of car wash maintenance. One of the spinning washers has been down for about a month. That said, my car still gets cleaned nicely."
