"I purchased a pair of shoes last week, returned home, tried them on only on my carpet and realized they were too small. I immediately brought them back and was denied a refund by the manager Isaiah.With a rude tone and attitude, he insisted I had worn the shoes and was trying to swindle them out of a refund. He proceeded to gas light me and tell me I had clearly worn the shoes when I absolutely had not. He refused my refund and mocked me for trying to return something I had "worn". Maybe Champs isn't checking the quality of their shoes before sending them out (honestly I barely even noticed the slight bit of dirt on the bottom. Guess cleanliness isn't the stores best policy), but this experience was unbelievably rude and showed Champs couldn't care less about the customer. Not only did I not receive my money back, but I left feeling mocked, made fun of, and not taken seriously."
