"DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED! I will begin by saying 1 “good” thing about this place, they give you a decent amount of trade in credit. Doesn’t matter too much though since anything good they have is locked away in a seperate display you can’t use store credit on. This place is easily the WORST retro video game store in the entire valley. It’s almost as if they have a store policy that they can only take in games that have been stomped on or have had multiple liquids spilled on. Everything on their shelves is in way worse condition than anything I’ve seen at any other retro video game store, so they can’t say it’s just because the games are older. Not only that, but they also charge way above eBay prices for stuff that is in terrible condition. I feel bad for the people who are paying the prices they charge because they can easily find everything cheaper and in better condition online. The place also smells like cigarettes right when you walk in despite being next to a restaurant. Save yourself the trip and just check eBay for whatever you’re looking for."

"Went in bought a game along with two other items I’ve been looking for. When I got home to play the game I noticed the cartridge of the DS game was pretty beat up like dings and kinks. Already pretty annoyed (I wouldn’t have bought if I saw this first hand) because I’ve never seen a cartridge in that bad of condition. I just said “oh well cut my losses on the cart and move on.” But the game ended up not working. The following day i drove back up to return it. Mind you every time is about about 45 minute to 1 hour there and back if I don’t catch traffic. I get in and the guy tells me store credit only. I tell him “I understand the policy but you sold me a broken game I’d like my money back so I can buy the game I want.” Again tells me no store credit only. After about 10 mins he came back saying to come back tomorrow the the boss will be in and do the refund for me. Away I went, I came back today during my break from work and two different guys are working the one told the same thing “store credit only.” I repeat the process than tell him I was told to come back to speak with the boss to get my money back. No one knew anything and I was basically forced to buy another item that I don’t want because I don’t want to come back again for a third time especially after this. In the end of it all basically felt like I got legally robbed of my money, time, gas. I’d definitely advise to have them test the product before you actually purchase or maybe look for other options plenty out there out with better “policies” and most importantly prices."
