"You can call them when they open, you can call them at 10:30 am, you can call them at 1300. Hell you can call them right in front of them and they won’t answer the phone. Idk if they need to change the # or what but something gotta change."

"Very reasonable folks in what equipment they will accept for turn in. Have to call and leave a voicemail to get an appointment, usually easiest to go there in person to get one."

"Good service. If clearing, recommend you show up a few weeks prior and make an appointment to drop off gear. Clean your gear properly and be ready to lay it out so they can go line by line with whatever you are turning in. That will make the process much quicker and you won’t get gear kicked back."

"This is a wonderful CIF the staff are extremely wonderful and take care of you. I have only received respect and help from them. I have had six personal business encounters with them getting my equipment and returning my equipment. I have taken approximately 13 personal through CIF with no issues. If you do your part they will do theirs. I have always had first time go's. Thank you."

"This place is BS. They issue slightly dirty equipment. If you point it out when it being issued they just tell you it's OK. When turning in equipment that has never been used they will still say it's dirty."
