"Mid November our employee Carlos went by Prudential and spoke with Cameron about how wrinkly, nonprofessional, smelly, and just overall how messy our uniforms were arriving. He stated 'give us 60 days to improve. That their laundry sorter was needing repaired' and it was some very expensive repair. At this time, we were told we were put on a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. A month later in December we got a call, ask to rate 1-5, we advised nothing had changed and would rate a 0! With no improvement we cancelled the service in writing on 1-18-24. Micheal & Camron came by on 2-1-24 showed up to discuss the cancelling, we advised no improvement so moving on to someone who can deliver on their product. Both representatives refused to take the 4 bags of clothing we had ready to be returned. Cameron stated that there were never any complaints and that our Carlos had only gone to prudential to talk sports. (If this were the case why would they have reached out for us to rate them as we were in a 60 days guarantee window). On 2-22-24 I called and spoke with Kylie, who notified us we have been sent to collections. Kylie terminated the call twice when asking for the email address of who oversees our account. She stated our account has gone to collections, and Last bill was dated 1-11-24 for $101.08, not even 40 days later and COLLECTIONS! If you have any interaction with this company, I would encourage you to have all correspondence through email so you can avoid the lies and drama, giving you something to provide to collections."

"Worst uniform service I have ever dealt with. Our contract ended over a year ago and they are still trying to come after me for payments without receiving any items from them for over 3 years. With multiple calls to cancel there service apparently they can renew contracts without your consent. I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option."

"Driver 1153 at 705am this morning almost took us out this morning! Bad drivers driving for this company. Do better! Had to push on our breaks or for sure he would have hit us by cutting us off. Scary"

"Our driver Orlando is great and we can always depend on him. It seems however with any large company that things can go wrong. That being said I am happy with Prudential Overall Supply and would recommend them to my follow small business.
