"I come to this Spencer's pretty often and I gotta say it's one of the best I've been too. The workers are great and have great customer service, better than what I've seen and experienced in other places. I highly recommend coming to this Spencer's rather than the one at Park place mall. The Tucson mall Spencer's just looks and feels more organized and professional. Overall the workers make my experience at this Spencer's amazing, they work hard and still manage to help out me and other customers regardless of the task they're working on."

"The product at Spencer’s isn’t bad. The workers aren’t the worst but it’s always annoying standing by just trying to purchase something and listening in on their conversations when they’re all hanging out next to the cash wrap. It’s just something to expect every time I go in at this point. Company wise, this store needs to change their damn return policy. They don’t even have a fitting room for people to try on stuff and you’re forced to purchase just to try it on and not like it and have to return it for store credit or an exchange only for many items. That AND their sizing is so insanely off, I’m usually a L/XL and recently purchased an XXL skirt and it still did not fit. Obviously it’s a strategy for the store to not lose money but it makes me not even want to shop here. The whole experience is just a big headache. If anything at least try to avoid buying the clothing here. It’s disappointing."

"It's a great little shop to stop by. A lot of cool things like cookie car air fresheners and suggestive plushies. Don't bring your kids if you want to go to the back of the store. My PG-13 button is shown below."
