"Supplies are a little spendy, more then going up to OK feed in Tucson but the customer service was very poor so probably won’t go back unless we are in a pinch. I went in to get birdseed. We usually spend a good amount of money on it and I would’ve expected they would appreciate that we would come there and want to keep us coming back. They had jars of bird food to show what they sold, but they didn’t have prices on them so I had to ask for the price of each one and the gentleman behind the counter looked very frustrated that I was asking what those prices were, he kept giving me the name of the food, I don’t want the name of them. I want the price of them, then when I was going to pay he was on the phone with somebody and apparently he wasn’t very happy because he threw the phone down on the counter, which was also a big turn off. When I picked up the feed in the back, the young gentleman working for him, was very decent and respectful and helpful . But if I have to deal with the gentleman behind the counter again, I would rather go up to Tucson. I have been and still am a business owner and the customer service is always top priority when dealing in sales. I also live just north of Nogales and got to say if you order anything from a chain store Nogales, it will never be like you would get it any other place in the United States and their customer service is just as bad, everybody that waits on you looks like you are, a very big inconvenience to them. We’ve learned to accept that from Nogales because the people they hire are never taught the importance of the customer service. If you are reading this and go to Nogales, don’t go to Starbucks or Chipotle and expect to get the order you’ve never had a problem getting anywhere else."
