"Interviewed with Bill Kechum at the Tempe location. Gave a short version of the work and responsiblity. But his initial comment of " overly qualified " put his view of hiring in slim light. Also stated he would contact if hired or not. It wasn't until today I received email stating going with other candidate. Funny how I was told my resume and knowledge put me at top unless the last candidate was more experienced. Utter waste of time and gas spent."
