"The curbside pickup associates and process seems very dysfunctional. It seemed as my items were bagged in a hurry without any proper care, organization, and I've had missing items. It was a time consuming process, the associates were rude, not polite and unprofessional to say the least. I had brought to a managers attention and all she stated was " I'm sorry that happened to you" Wow, another bad link in your chain... I'll find better curpside services down the street!"
"The papa cantellas sausage they force upon customers is an abomination, the bakery is great sometimes but 50% of the time it is garbage due to bad proofing and the baker not taking into account a slow rise and waiting longer. The deli only carries low end ekrich bologna."
"So so. Clean and some good prices. However, there's always something wrong. Many products have no price labels, of those that do it is often incorrect. Some offers have tiny small print with conditions, you never know until you check out and pay 4x what you expect it to be. Some basic things like milk, often not in stock and won't be for days. Not worth the hassle for me."
"If you’re looking to PAY for the convenience of grocery delivery because you have a busy life and want to save some time, then look somewhere else, maybe try Fry’s. 90% of my orders are missing items that I paid for, and most of the time they can’t even get the correct produce in the order. I actually consider it an act of god when my full order shows up. Mistakes happen, I get that, but every week, that’s wild."
"Bought my mother's birthday cake here. White cake, lemon filling with whipped cream icing. Yellow blue and green flowers. It was delicious but the green leaves on the flowers were made with buttercream icing. It was delicious though. Also ordered latex helium balloons, a dozen, by the end of the night they had almost all came down to the ground but they served the purpose. Also picked up a beautiful flower arrangement of yellow roses and baby's breath."
