"I went there for the first time today for toning, shampoo and blow dry. Cassie/or Cassandra did a good job and I added root touch up service. And honestly I was very looking forward to the shampoo part since I read several reviews about how good it is; unfortunately, it wasn’t the case for me, the girl literally spent less than 3 mins washing my hair. I could hear her putting shampoo on me and raised right off. When she sat me back the chair I could see colors on my skin along the sides of hairline so I asked her if she could clean it off. She quickly soaked the cottons with some cleaning solutions and left on the counter for me to clean it myself, lol. No problem! When she started blow drying my hair I asked her to make it bouncy she said she would try since she is short on time. At that point I told her I knew she was rushing based on how quickly she shampooed my hair. She said: yeah. I paid extra $45 for shampoo and blow dry I totally wasted my money, I could have dried my hair better. I told Cassie that I was disappointed with the 2nd half of the service. Then I found out the girl was an assistant, totally nothing wrong with that, but I expected better service. To be fair, I did get 20% discount as a first time customer. However, I would prefer a better service instead. I washed my hair again as soon I get home as I could see color stains along my hairlines and under, ugh, don’t think I would go back."

"They did an amazing job with my color today. They were running a promotion that covered the charge of my full service and I paid for a tip only. What a nice surprise and the service was amazing!
