"The morning crew that Charlie has assembled are rockstars but this night crew.. I swear.. I live not even thirty seconds away so it should be convenient.. wrong! The fountains are always nasty like the carbonation is off if their fountains are actually working that day. The doors are always locked at random times after 10 pm with a janky handwritten sign saying the systems are down. It happens so often I usually go to the speedway down the street because I already know the workers will have some excuse to not to have those doors open. One clerk will lock the doors and make you knock on the window and if you don't fit her description in her mind of a paying customer she will not unlock the door at all."

"I typically love this circle K and have no complaints. I have frequently defended the cashiers to some customers who have been absolute jerks to them. Today however, I have to say I'm really disappointed in the customer service. I went in to purchase a large amount of gas as well as some various snacks for the kiddos. I have my own empty thirstbuster cup that I was hoping to refill just with ice and was told that because it's a large cup they would have to charge. I'm 100% on board with them charging for two or three cups of ice but to think that I'm literally spending spending $100 on everything else and I can't get an ice refill gratis is a bit insulting. I took it in stride and was still pleasant and kind to the person behind the counter but I think from now on I will be taking my business to the circle K on Camino seco and speedway."

"Veronica and Charlie really make my mornings. I’ve been coming to this store for years. These two make me feel like family. Charlie always goes above and beyond to take care of me and my kids. My kids and I really love these two. Keep up the great work!!"

"I had the best experience here today. Charlie who is either the manager or should be the manager helped me out so much! :-) I actually wrote into corporate about him! :) I accidentally locked my keys in the car while getting gas, along with my phone and wallet. I went inside and asked to borrow a phone so I could call my emergency roadside assistance plan so they can unlock my car and he made me feel right at home. He let me use his personal phone which was low on batteries and comped me a soda and made me feel safe and reduced any stress I had about the situation being there at rush hour at one of the cheapest gas stations in town locked out of my car. He even checked his own personal vehicle to see if he might have something to help me out. He saved my day! I'm a loyal customer now and thank you Circle K for hiring this gentleman.
