"I took a bridesmaid's dress in to have it hemmed due to another shop who did it incorrectly. She was wonderful the hem turned out good although it was not the same color as my dress. She said there was a black spot on my dress which I inspected my dress and I had no spot. She went to clean it off and unfortunately my dress is ruined with a big stain on the front. There is not enough time to get a new dress for the wedding."
