Lane Bryant

"I'm a plus size lady. I like to feel, touch and try on clothing especially clothing I want to purchase. I found at this location they don't carry my size. It is difficult to know how an item of clothing fits when you cannot try it on before you purchase it. The staff at this location are extremely helpful and accommodate my requests of purchasing items at their store online. It is unfortunate that this location doesn't carry 4X and 5X sizes even though the store is for Plus-sized people. Additionally, some of the styles of clothing don't even come and they larger size plus size configurations. It is concerning, as the United States population grows in size that this is the only plus size store for females that is specific for larger sizes. If I wanted to shop at walmart, target, kohl's, or other like stores I would go there. I am choosing to shop in a brick and mortar store and it is disappointing. I believe you can do better, have more selection of clothing and items that fit larger size people, and have more than one piece of clothing for those larger size people in the store. I'm hoping that someone that can make decisions will make a choice to supply this location with sizing that will work for a plus plus plus plus size person."

"Staff was very friendly & helpful. But since when did $1-$5 off an $80 item become clearance? Markdown, sure, but hardly clearance. But this seems to be the case with every Lane Bryant store these days. And all the bras are either all smaller sizes or the very largest. I wanted to take advantage of the "buy one get one ½ off" deal on cotton bras, but could only find one in my size in the style I wanted. But its the same way online as well. Lane Bryant used to be a great, affordable place to shop, but not so much anymore. Its no wonder the stores are always empty."

"They claim to be bra specialists but in reality they know very little about them. If they pick out a bra for me try on i can pretty much guarantee that it won't fit. As far as lane Bryant brand i feel the quality has gone down. They are soon over priced. For example, I have bought their panties for at least 15 years but probably won't buy any more. I have 25 pairs so they get a good rotation but they don't last a year. My Walmart panties are cheaper and last longer."

"Not allowing customers to try on clothes absolutely defeats the purpose of going into the store. You want me to wear a mask, whatever. You want me to social distance, whatever. But you want me to now buy clothing, take them home to try them on just to bring them back rather than just trying them on in the store. I just had hundreds of dollars of clothing that I was planning on buying, but I will keep my money and buy from Stitch Fix. The employees have always been nice, but the store policies are just asinine."

"Took my daughter there she found some awesome clothes to take back home to Indiana. For the full figure woman they have some out of sight clothes. VERY nice but very expensive also. The clothes are well worth it & they have a lot of discounts & incentives to save money!! If you can afford the prices the products they sell are well worth it, even Jewelry!! Check it out if your full figured - 14 - ?? Sizes...."
