"Had a horrible experience with the hairstylist Liz. Her business is called "belleza by Liz" and she completely messed up my hair and $700 later, I had to go to another salon to get it fixed and now I'm back at square one. We had a THOROUGH consultation and I gave her pictures of my hair before the appt and multiple inspo pics. She even brought out color samples to make sure we got the color I had in mind right. But after nine hours the first time there was two big chunks of hair that were not blended AT ALL. Then I contacted her and she said she would fix it for free. After another FIVE hours in her chair my hair was even worse and no where near the color I showed her. I walked out the appt before she even finished because it was so bad. It was super dark and I specifically asked to be blonde. My hair was virgin hair and she still couldn't get the color right. She didn't once apologize or have any empathy for her mistakes. Does not seem like she has enough experience and definitely was NOT equipped to handle what I was looking for. I would've gladly went somewhere else if she would've just been honest about her capabilities. Not sure about the other hairstylists at this salon, but I DO NOT recommend Liz!! She needs more experience and is NOT a balayage specialist like she claims. I am very upset with how she left my hair and now I have to resort to someone else fixing her mistakes. I am going to include pictures, the blonde pic is what I asked for, and the dark hair is what I got after 14 hours of being in her chair. Wish I could get a refund."
