"Linda usually takes care of my nails and she is very fast, precise and sweet. Tom is a funny and happy guy and he does a really good job with pedicures. I've seen their daughter doing nail art and she is amazing! Everyone is kind here and I always feel welcomed and leave feeling happy. They appreciate when we call to set up an appointment because it's usually Linda and Tom working during the week."

"I have been to this place 3x. Each time. I've felt very rushed. They rush through their work and don't do the best job. My nails were lumpy and I was cut by the drill on every finger. They are very sweet people but the wife says they work on commission and are very busy...I get it however a patron should. Be given time and at least put in effort to make their color selection and to make their nails look halfway decent especially for their prices which seem to be higher than many places...their color selection is also very limited. They are kind. However they rush you and they rush their work and it shows by the looks of my nails. Why doesn't the owner get more help? Or pay them an hourly rate so they can make guaranteed money. My fingers were so sore and stabbed for over a week. I will be going elsewhere"

"PLEADE BE WARE!!! Don’t give them your business. I went to this salon hours before a flight to Florida. Which you can see by the pictures with the$139.00 they charged me. As always when I go to a new salon , if they make me feel a little uncomfortable. I cut on my translator on my iPhone. I first was quoted a different price over the phone. And they knew the services I was. A full-set of gel coffin shaped nails. Basic pedicure with French. My nails were bare and so was my feet. I arrived and was set In pedicure chair. I pointed to the service I wanted. Then they started talking. I asked if she understood and she said yes. But they continued talking. By the way I was in there at 6 pm and they closed at 7pm. I then put on my translator. One of the employees asked the other one to ask me what I did for a living. And she did. That’s when the conversation changed. I told them. Then asked was I marred. I told them. Thinking, okay basic conversation. But then they asked what he did for a living. I told them. Then they started talking about the salon and how much they made that day. After pedicure. The lady told them what I received and thanked me and left store. I then got in chair for full set. Informed her again what I wanted. As you can see, in pictures. Not what I received. When I told her that the shape was wrong. She then stated that they we’re getting ready to close and they could fix when I return from my trip. I didn’t put up a fuss until I heard them say , Az they were charging my account. That they were going to charge me in advance for another set of nails, length, gel x3 and. A deluxe pedicure. I was tired and I said I told them that was unprofessional. That I knew they were charging me too much. I asked for a refund of the charge. They said they couldn’t swipe my card to refund back and refuse to write what they charged me on back of my receipt. They then agreed to fix when I returned. I went back to store when I returned. Which was a week later. They agreed to fix the next day and redo pedicure. But then proceeded to call me and tell me they weren’t going to. And not to return to their store. In informed them that I would be disputing with my credit card company. They told I can do whatever and that they had camera. I told them fine. If my money in not returned by them. I will next upload the conversation. Because I recorded them. I didn’t like how they treated me nor the services. As you can see no coffin nails.. They charged me for long nails, gel peeled off toes. $139.00. In what world do they think this is okay!! Do bother!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would: EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED. Worst customer service and nails I have ever received. I was extremely excited to go to this nail salon as I found them on Instagram. And left thinking the color was great- the shape not so much so they did not charge me for shape as he did not do almond shape like I asked. Got in my car and left and began to notice how thick the nails were under the nail and on top. I then notice how the dip powder was on my skin and he didn’t even bother to remove it as seen in the photos below. Not to mention he cut me on my knuckles with the nail file and tried to blame it on my hang nail? I called to just give them feedback as these were my wedding nails and let them know this before hand. They immediately transferred the phone to the manager and she argued with me on the phone that I can come back after my wedding- when I told her I would not be returning. She gave me the “owners” number that was incorrect. So they not only did horrible nails for my wedding but they lied and gave me a false number to get me off the phone. When I simply just let them know I like the color shape was meh but the surprising part was that they were so thick."
