"I have been a customer of Dunn-Edwards Paints for several years. My experience has always been very positive and the people working are very knowledgeable. However, I went in today and the lady behind the counter did not greet me or even look at me. She was more interested in a coffee pot. Finally, when she came to the counter, she said, "What can I get started for you?" I told her I had a question about ceiling paint. She was rude and argumentative about the ceiling paint, which was weird. I finally ordered a gallon of paint, paid and left. I left the store feeling frustrated because of the lack of help and being treated like i was a nuisance for asking about paint."

"Went in to get 3 more gallons of a paint I'd purchased before. Went late in the day after most painters were done in the store for the day. I had to wait about 5 minutes to order and pay for paint. The price of the paint has gone up several dollars per gallon since I last purchased paint here a year ago - about $14/gallon. Not good. Then another 5 minutes for 3 gallons to be mixed. Pretty fast service! What was even nicer, was that the guy who mixed the paint carried the 3 gallons out to my vehicle without my asking. I would have had to make two trips to get the 3 gallons out to my vehicle. The employees at this store are a pleasant and helpful crew. ."
